Dogs became friend as we all know because of Food- insights

Im finding it interesting, that we are finding anatomical and evidence  of things we take for granted  in daily life… for example this article of domesticated  dogs. .. It sums up two points , domestic dogs have longer digestive tracts because they eat less meat then there wild  counterparts  , because they where feeding humans foods like , starchy scarps and all what might be laying around a human camp or settlement , during the rise of  agriculture, these foods are not as all protein as wild animal would eat. They get more steady meals, but one with more vegetable  content .

Main points learned

Both domestic dogs and cat longer intestinal tracks, then wild coiner parts

It is more likely that both cats and dogs, came to human encampments and started the domestication  process then other way around
